SerenityFallbackLocalizationServiceTests
Tests for SerenityFallbackLocalizationService — the plain-C#
localization service used in ResourcesOnly/WebGL mode. It deliberately does NOT
touch LocalizationSettings, Addressables, locales or string tables, so the
whole surface is unit-testable without a live localization database.
Covered: null-safe construction, game-language get/set + the GameLanguageChanged
event (including the no-op-on-same-value short-circuit), voice-language get/set,
GetStringTableReference, TryTranslate with no exported data,
the Id/Guid/LogService accessors, game-settings language seeding via a fake service,
and the event-dispatcher subscription / routing path.
UnityLocalizationServiceInitializeTests
InitializeService(ILocalizationSettings, IGameSettingsService)'s answer to a language key that names no loaded game setting — the state a project reaches when one side of the Localization/GameSettings key pair is project-owned and the other is not: a failure naming the settings asset, the field and the unresolved Id, so the pipeline's halt entry says which asset to fix.
