Class LoadingProgressPrefabGenerationPlan
What one UnityUiLoadingProgressPrefabGenerator run will do, theme by theme, decided before
anything is written — the list Serenity.Ui.Installation.Editor.Settings.LoadingProgressPrefabGeneratorWindow previews and the one the
generator then carries out, so the preview can never promise something the run does not do. A theme that
already has a LoadingProgress prefab — every Theme Builder theme ships its own LoadingBar — is kept unless
the author opts into replacing it.
