RecipeAssetAction

A record of what a run did (or would do) to one asset, and which of its fields that changed.

Combined validation result and import report. Accumulates messages (info / warning / error / blocker), asset actions (created / updated / skipped), and deferred-section notices, and renders a readable summary for the console and the importer window.
