Class SteamIconDownloaderTests

EditMode tests for Serenity.Achievements.Infrastructure.Editor.Sync.Steam.SteamIconDownloader, the one request of the sync that leaves the partner site: it carries no cookie, refuses every address off Steam's static-content network, follows no redirect, caps the body, accepts only bytes that decode as an image, and never throws.
