Class SteamPartnerSessionTests

EditMode tests for Serenity.Steam.Infrastructure.Editor.SteamPartnerSession: the store/get/clear round-trip through the editor session state (an in-memory fake, never the author's real one), Serenity.Steam.Infrastructure.Editor.SteamPartnerSession.ForgetOnWindowClose's default, and the SECURITY CONTRACT that nothing this feature can stringify ever leaks the raw SteamLoginSecure value.
