    Class LoggingSinkResolution

Resolves which sink settings asset a Logging Profile run edits by the same ownership rule the runtime's singleton loader boots with: an explicit choice wins outright; otherwise the one project-owned candidate beats the shipped default; a lone candidate is itself; and two or more project-owned candidates are an authoring conflict — reported through MultipleFoundPaths with no Existing, because the wizard cannot choose for the author and must neither write one of them nor create another. That rule is ResolveSettingsContext<TSettings>(string, string)'s own, so this names the sink-facing questions and asks it.
