    Class CreateHudWindowDraftReloadTests

The HUD the author is still editing in the HUD Builder must survive a script compile: it lives in a scratch definition nothing has written to disk yet, so a reload that throws the scratch away throws the author's work away with it. Drives the window's own OnDisable/OnEnable around a reload that loses the scratch instance — the harshest shape Unity can hand back.
