Class AdoptedLocalizationCollectionTests
Adopting the shipped localization settings must leave every table the adopted settings bind a member of a collection the project owns — never a byte-for-byte copy of a table that no collection holds. An orphan table is invisible to the Localization Settings wizard (its binding reads as unresolved, and an untouched Update used to unlink it) and to the runtime, which loads tables through their collection's name.
