    Class SystemAdoptionPlanDrift

What changed between the adoption plan an author was shown and the plan the same roots produce now — the difference a staged Adopt must refuse over instead of running a plan nobody read. Pure: it compares two SystemAdoptionPlans entry by entry and never touches the project, so the caller decides when "now" is (the moment the author confirms). Each change names the asset path the author has to look at. The comparison is structural — source and destination identities, membership and exclusions — not a content snapshot: a package asset edited in place under the same identity is not a drift, because the plan never promised particular bytes, only which assets are cloned or reused.
