Class CreatePrefetchPolicyWindowReloadSafetyTests
EditMode tests proving CreatePrefetchPolicyWindow re-attaches to its surviving per-row
scratch drafts after a domain reload instead of rebuilding from disk and losing unsaved edits. A real
script recompile cannot be driven from this suite, so
Serenity.AssetPrefetcher.Infrastructure.Editor.Builder.CreatePrefetchPolicyWindow.SimulateDomainReloadForTests reproduces only what a reload
leaves behind — see that seam's own remarks for what stays unverified. Mirrors
CreateSystemConfigurationSettingsWindowReloadSafetyTests.

Regression coverage for the reload-recovery loss report: when the row lifecycle's own mirrors
disagree in length (only reachable for a window serialized by an intermediate build of this
mechanism — see SerenityWizardDraftListLifecycle<TAsset>.MirrorsDisagreeInLength's own
remarks), EnsureBuilt rebuilds from the registry's saved profiles instead of reattaching, and
that loss must be visible to the author, not silent.
