    Class HudSignalBinderTests

Characterization tests for HudSignalBinder's per-element ON_SIGNAL refresh binding, constructed directly against a fake Serenity.GameUi.Infrastructure.Views.IHudSignalBindHost — the half of its surface UnityHudHostComponentTests never targets (that suite covers the fixed ShowHudElementSignal/HideHudElementSignal pair only). Direct construction is possible because Serenity.UnityGameUi.Infrastructure grants InternalsVisibleTo to this test assembly.

UnityHudElementView starts dirty (_isDirty = true by field initializer) and only clears that flag on its first Tick(float) — driven here directly instead of by UnityHudHostComponent.Update. So the very first tick after building re-reads regardless of the element's trigger, and every test below burns that one free read before touching the state it actually means to assert on — otherwise a broken ON_SIGNAL binding could pass by accident.
