Behavioral tests for ToastFireNowGui, the shared editor-time toast preview helper backing the standalone Toast Preview window and the Theme Builder inspector's Fire Now row.
EditMode tests always run with EditorApplication.isPlaying == false, so every case here exercises the "cannot fire yet" paths; a real dispatch round-trip needs an actual Play Mode session.
