Shared "Fire Now" preview logic for a toast: dispatches a ShowToastSignal through the live SerenityEditorSignalDispatcher, so both the standalone ToastPreviewWindow and the Theme Builder inspector can preview a toast in Play Mode without duplicating the gating/dispatch code.
