Custom inspector for CharacterConfigSO.
Extends Serenity.Global.Infrastructure.Settings.Editor.FoundationEditor`1 so the asset shows the standard Serenity foundation settings interface (Id/Guid validation) used by every other settings ScriptableObject, then draws the remaining serialized fields, followed by a runtime discovery notice: the asset must carry the Addressables label CHARACTER to be found by UnityCharacterInstaller.
