    Interface IActingDeviceTracker

Tracks the input device that most recently drove a UI/menu action. Lets feedback route to the pad that actually triggered the action instead of Gamepad.current (which is merely the last device to send any input, globally, and is ambiguous with multiple controllers connected). Device identity is exposed as a string id (the Input System device id) to keep this port engine-agnostic.
