    Class NullSystemMonitorsProvider

True null-object fallback: a single generic monitor with sensible static defaults (1920x1080 @ 60Hz), used when no platform-specific monitors provider is available.

This Business-layer provider must not reference engine APIs (e.g. Unity's Screen.currentResolution) — the engine-backed equivalent lives at Serenity.SystemConfiguration.Infrastructure.Providers.UnityScreenSystemMonitorsProvider (Unity/SystemConfiguration/Infrastructure/Providers), which the Unity-side factory (UnitySystemMonitorsProviderFactory) uses instead of this one wherever the real screen resolution is needed.
